Why subscription?
As your furry companion grows and their nutritional needs evolve, it's important to manually update their subscription after making changes to their profile. By keeping their profile up to date, you can ensure that their subscription accurately reflects the latest information. This allows us to recalculate the daily intake required to keep your buddy healthy. Please remember to manually update the subscription to align it with the updated dog profile.
If you believe that your dog requires more or less food than the suggested amount, you can contact us to update your subscription plan accordingly.
How do I update my subscription?
Certainly! You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time (but at least 5 days before your upcoming billing date). When you do cancel, you will not be charged when the current subscription period expires. Please note that any remaining time on your existing subscription will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Once you have subscribed to our plan, your payment will be automatically processed upon expiration. We utilize Stripe as our secure payment gateway, which ensures a seamless and automated charging process. Your credit card will be charged automatically to ensure a hassle-free experience.
