And we're with you all the way, keeping an eye on your dog's progress and fine-tuning their plan. It's more than just food - it's a step towards healthier pets.

How do you know what my dog needs?

At Pawmise, we are dedicated to crafting a variety of human-grade recipes that are simple yet cater to different dietary restrictions. Our certified veterinary nutritionists carefully formulates each recipe to ensure it is 100% complete and balanced according to AAFCO standards. We prioritize the use of human-grade ingredients and follow all human-grade processes.

Each recipe at Pawmise features clean proteins, thoughtfully combined with wholesome vegetables and balanced with essential vitamins and minerals. We never compromise on quality by using feed-grade ingredients, and we avoid processing our ingredients to achieve shelf-stability. This commitment ensures that your dog receives the highest quality and most natural nutrients available. All our ingredients are sourced from reputable food suppliers.

This questionnaire helps us calculate their daily calorie needs accurately, enabling us to suggest suitable meal plans specifically tailored to their requirements. By gathering the necessary information, we can ensure that your buddy receives a personalized and well-suited meal plan to support their health and well-being.

How do I order from you?

Certainly! It's a simple process. All you have to do is complete a separate questionnaire for each of your dogs. By doing so, we will set up individual profiles for each of them within your account. Each profile will be linked to a separate subscription, allowing for easy management and customization tailored to the specific needs of each dog. This way, you can ensure that each of your furry friends receives their own personalized meal plan and the attention they deserve.

I have more than one dog. How do I get a subscription for each of them?

We've made it incredibly convenient for you! Each meal is precisely portioned, packed, and ready to go. All you need to do is thaw the food in advance and reheat it before serving it to your buddy. We suggest steaming the food for 5-10 minutes for optimal serving. To assist you further, we provide a serving guide along with the delivery. If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime. We're here to help and ensure a smooth experience for you and your furry companion.

How is the meal served?

To ensure the freshness and quality of the food, simply store it in the freezer until you are ready to serve it. Before feeding, thaw the food to the appropriate temperature. When kept in the freezer, the unopened food can be stored for up to 2 months, maintaining its optimal condition. Once thawed and placed in the lower compartment of the refrigerator, we recommend consuming the food within 3 days for the best results. It's important to note that leaving the food at room temperature for more than 2 hours is not advisable to maintain its safety and quality.

How do I store the food and how long could I keep them?

Subscription

The Answers You Need

Our subscription model is designed to provide a seamless experience, ensuring that you never run out of food for your beloved pet. With a personalized subscription, we make sure your furry friend receives the perfect portion size and a well-balanced diet at all times.

Why subscription?

As your furry companion grows and their nutritional needs evolve, it's important to manually update their subscription after making changes to their profile. By keeping their profile up to date, you can ensure that their subscription accurately reflects the latest information. This allows us to recalculate the daily intake required to keep your buddy healthy. Please remember to manually update the subscription to align it with the updated dog profile.

If you believe that your dog requires more or less food than the suggested amount, you can contact us to update your subscription plan accordingly.

How do I update my subscription?

Certainly! You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time (but at least 5 days before your upcoming billing date). When you do cancel, you will not be charged when the current subscription period expires. Please note that any remaining time on your existing subscription will not be refunded.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Once you have subscribed to our plan, your payment will be automatically processed upon expiration. We utilize Stripe as our secure payment gateway, which ensures a seamless and automated charging process. Your credit card will be charged automatically to ensure a hassle-free experience.

How am I billed?

Delivery

We utilize a reliable delivery service, SF Express, to ensure that your pet's meals are delivered in a controlled temperature environment. Our regular delivery ensures that you are consistently resupplied before running out of supplies. It typically takes about 3-5 working days to get your order dispatched. Purchases over $350 can enjoy free shipping.

How does delivery work? What should I expect?

Once the tracking number becomes available, it will be provided to you. This tracking number can be used to monitor the delivery status of your order with SF. By utilizing the provided tracking number, you can easily stay informed about the progress of your delivery.

How can I find the tracking information?

If you wish to delay the delivery of your subscription, please contact us directly. We understand that there may be circumstances where you would prefer to adjust the delivery schedule, and our team will be happy to assist you with that. Simply reach out to us, and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request.

Can I defer delivery?
